No. Anyone can sign up, upload, and tag products. Your earnings scale with the sales you drive, not with your follower count.
CreatorsCan I post videos I already made for other platforms?+
Yes, as long as you have the rights to the content and any music. Cross-posting is encouraged — the AffiliateFlow tag layer works on top of any 9:16 video.
CreatorsWhat commission rate do brands typically offer?+
Rates range from 5% to 25% depending on category and brand. Beauty and apparel skew higher; electronics skew lower. You see the rate before you tag.
CreatorsCan I remove or edit a video after posting?+
Yes. From Studio → Videos, you can edit titles, captions, tags, and product tags in-place, or unpublish/delete entirely. Earned commissions on past sales are not affected.
BrandsHow does attribution work?+
First-party attribution via session tokens scoped to affiliateflow.ai. When a shopper watches a video and checks out — same session or within a 30-day cookie-free window — the creator gets credit.
BrandsCan I set custom commission rates per creator?+
Yes. Campaigns can define a base rate, plus overrides for individual creators (e.g. flagship partners on tiered deals).
BrandsHow do refunds affect commissions?+
Commissions clear after the 14-day return window. Refunds within that window automatically reverse the commission. Refunds after clearance deduct from the creator's next payout, never past ones.
BrandsDo you integrate with Shopify?+
Yes — one-click Shopify catalog sync and order webhooks. Woo, BigCommerce, and custom REST are also supported.
ShoppersIs the price on AffiliateFlow the same as the brand's site?+
Yes. We never mark up prices. In-app checkout uses the brand's own storefront pricing, promotions, and taxes.
ShoppersWhere does my order ship from?+
Directly from the brand. Shipping times and returns follow each brand's own policy, shown on the product tag before checkout.
ShoppersDo I pay more to support a creator?+
No. The creator's commission comes from the brand's margin — not from you.
PaymentsWhen do I get paid?+
Weekly, once cleared earnings pass $50. Sales clear 14 days after the order date (once past the return window).
PaymentsWhat payout methods do you support?+
Bank transfer (ACH in the US, SEPA in the EU), PayPal, and Wise. Crypto payouts are on the roadmap.
PaymentsHow is tax handled?+
US creators receive a 1099-NEC if they cross $600/yr. International creators are responsible for their own tax reporting; we provide annual earnings summaries.

Every video runs through automated screening (nudity, violence, IP). Users can report content directly; our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.

Report it. Confirmed misrepresentation results in a warning, video removal, or account suspension depending on severity.
