What we collect
- Account data: email, username, profile info you provide (creator, brand, or shopper).
- Waitlist data: name, email, referral code, referral source, and role (shopper / creator / brand) if you join the waitlist. Used to send confirmation, position updates, invites, and to track viral referrals.
- Creator content: videos, thumbnails, captions, links, collections, live streams, and any offer listings (products, services, digital goods, SaaS, subscriptions, courses, coaching, local businesses, events, and affiliate offers) you publish. This content is displayed publicly on AffiliateFlows AI and may be indexed by search engines.
- Brand data: for brand accounts, we collect company info, billing contacts, campaign briefs, budgets, uploaded creatives, and commission structures used to run offers on the platform.
- Usage & feed signals: videos watched, taps, saves, follows, dwell time — used to power your feed and recommendations.
- Affiliate link & attribution data: when you click an outbound offer link, we record the click (video, offer, timestamp, coarse geo, hashed device fingerprint) and append tracking parameters (UTM tags, sub-IDs, first-party attribution tokens) so we can credit the correct creator when a sale, lead, booking, or subscription is reported back to us by the merchant, affiliate network, or webhook.
- Services, bookings & offers: offer listings, booking requests, messages between buyer and creator, ratings and reviews. Booking requests are shared with the listing creator only.
- Transactions & payouts: orders, commissions, payout method, and tax info required by law (W-9/W-8 or local equivalents).
- AI-generated content signals: if you use our AI tools (script studio, caption/hook generator, offer discovery, thumbnail assistant), we store your prompts, the generated output, and edits to that output so the tools improve for you. See "AI-generated content" below for how we use it.
- Device: browser and device metadata for security & abuse prevention.
Affiliate links & sales tracking
Most offers on AffiliateFlows AI pay creators a commission when a viewer buys, books, or subscribes. To make that work we tag outbound links with attribution parameters, drop a first-party attribution token scoped to affiliateflow.ai, and reconcile sales reported to us by the merchant or affiliate network (Amazon Associates, ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten, ClickBank, CJ, and direct brand partners). We only receive the information those partners send back — typically an order ID, order value, currency, category, and a click ID we generated. We do not receive the buyer's card number, address, or full name from those partners.
AI-generated content
Our AI features are powered by a mix of first-party models and vetted third-party model providers routed through the Lovable AI Gateway. Prompts and completions are transmitted to those providers only to fulfill your request; we do not permit them to train foundation models on your prompts. AI-generated scripts, captions, images, and offer suggestions are drafts — you remain responsible for reviewing them for accuracy, disclosure, and compliance with FTC and equivalent advertising rules before publishing.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't run third-party ad trackers on the feed. We don't cross-site fingerprint.
Attribution & cookies
Purchase attribution uses first-party session tokens scoped to affiliateflow.ai. No third-party advertising cookies are set by us.
Your controls
- Export your data from Studio → Settings.
- Delete your account at any time. We hard-delete personal data within 30 days.
- Opt out of email marketing from any transactional email footer.
Data retention
Transactional records are retained for 7 years per financial regulation. Behavioral analytics events older than 24 months are aggregated and anonymized.
