1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AffiliateFlow AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to hold a creator or brand account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
3. Creator content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant AffiliateFlow AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content and product tags you post.
4. Commissions & payouts
Commissions are calculated on completed, non-refunded orders. Payouts are issued weekly once cleared earnings exceed the $50 threshold. Refunds within the 14-day return window reverse the associated commission.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not: post illegal, hateful, or infringing content; artificially inflate views or sales; misrepresent products; scrape the Service; or attempt to access another user's account.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AffiliateFlow AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
