1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AffiliateFlows AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to hold a creator or brand account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
3. Creator content & offer listings
You retain ownership of content you upload — videos, thumbnails, captions, images, and offer listings (products, services, digital goods, SaaS, subscriptions, courses, coaching, local businesses, events, and affiliate offers). You grant AffiliateFlows AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transcode, and display that content in connection with the Service, including in feeds, search results, marketing, and social previews. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content, product tags, brand names, trademarks, and imagery you post, and for complying with FTC disclosure rules (or the equivalent in your jurisdiction) whenever you receive a commission, gift, or fee for a recommendation.
4. Affiliate links & tracking
When you add an outbound link to an offer, AffiliateFlows AI may append tracking parameters and use first-party attribution tokens scoped to affiliateflow.ai so that clicks, sales, leads, bookings, and subscriptions can be credited to the correct creator. You may not strip, cloak, or intercept our tracking parameters, substitute your own affiliate ID on another creator's link, incentivise self-clicks, or use bots, click farms, or paid traffic that violates a merchant's or affiliate network's terms. Sales are reconciled with data reported to us by merchants and networks (e.g. Amazon Associates, ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten, ClickBank, CJ) and by verified brand webhooks; discrepancies are resolved in favour of the merchant's record.
5. Commissions, payments & payouts
Commissions are calculated on completed, non-refunded orders reported to us by the merchant or brand. Payouts are issued weekly once cleared earnings exceed the $50 threshold, via the payout method you configure in Studio. Refunds within the applicable return window reverse the associated commission. Brands are billed for campaigns, listing fees, and pay-per-performance charges according to the pricing shown at checkout; late or failed payments may result in pausing active offers and de-listing brand accounts. AffiliateFlows AI is not a merchant of record for direct-sale offers listed by third parties.
6. Brand accounts & campaigns
Brands may list offers, run campaigns, invite creators, and access aggregated performance analytics. Brands warrant that (a) they own or are authorised to promote the products/services listed, (b) the offer complies with applicable law and platform policies, and (c) any claims, prices, and availability are accurate and current. Brands are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, honouring commissions, and handling customer support for their offers. AffiliateFlows AI may suspend campaigns that receive excessive complaints, refunds, chargebacks, or that violate these Terms.
7. Services & bookings
Creators may list bookable services (coaching, editing, design, consulting, etc.) with fixed, hourly, "from" or custom pricing. Buyers submit a booking request; contracts, delivery, and payment terms are strictly between the buyer and the listing creator. AffiliateFlows AI is not a party to those agreements, does not hold funds, and is not liable for the outcome of any booking. Creators are responsible for accurately describing their services, declaring any professional credentials required by their jurisdiction, and honouring accepted bookings. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before booking and paying agreed amounts on time. Ratings and reviews left on a service must reflect a genuine transaction.
8. AI-generated content
AffiliateFlows AI provides AI tools that generate scripts, captions, hooks, offer suggestions, and images. AI output is a starting point, not a finished asset. You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated draft for factual accuracy, originality, disclosure requirements, and compliance with applicable law before publishing or sending it. You may not use our AI tools to generate content that is defamatory, misleading, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates a real person without consent. We may log prompts and outputs to operate and improve the Service; we do not sell AI prompts or outputs to third parties for model training.
9. Waitlist & referrals
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access; invites are issued in waves at our discretion. Each signup receives a personal referral link. Referrals must represent real people who consent to receive our confirmation email. Fake signups, self-referrals from disposable inboxes, incentivised sign-ups, or any manipulation of queue position may result in removal from the waitlist and forfeiture of accumulated boost.
10. Prohibited conduct
You may not: post illegal, hateful, or infringing content; artificially inflate views, sales, ratings, referrals, or click attribution; misrepresent products, services, or affiliations; scrape the Service; interfere with tracking; or attempt to access another user's account.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Cleared, unpaid commissions at the time of termination are paid on the next scheduled payout cycle, subject to fraud review.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AffiliateFlows AI does not guarantee any specific earnings, sales volume, audience growth, or campaign outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AffiliateFlows AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
